1 Cancellation Policy:

Should you wish to cancel any service that Emma Harper has been booked to supply, please be aware of her cancellation charges:
Should you cancel your event 6-2 weeks before its date 50% of the total booking fee is required.
Less then one week before the event then 90% of the total booking fee is required.
Cancelling within 5 working days of the scheduled event is 100% of the total booking fee.
In the event that the client cancels a booking that Emma Harper has accrued expenses for equipment, other services, time, or otherwise all costs shall be meet by the client.

2 Payment:

Emma Harper reserves the right to ask for a none refundable deposit to confirm a booking date.
Emma Harper reserves the right to retain any payments previously made by the client in relation to the specific event in accordance to her cancellation policy.
All payment, requests, invoices, must be paid in full 4 weeks before an event.
Payments can be made by cheque, BACS, or cash. Credit card, and debit card services are not available.
Suppliers invoices must be received with in 28 days of the service provided.

3 Make Up and Hair Products:

A client who suffers,or has suffered from any skin complaints must inform Emma Harper before the event.
Clients can supply their own Make Up should they suspect they might suffer from any form of reaction to new products.
All products used are with in date, and all equipment sterilised.
Emma Harper uses a wide range of products and is not connected to any brand.
Emma Harper will not be liable for any reactions to products used in her service.

4 Expenses

Travel- all fares will be reimbursed, mileage will be billed at 45p a mile.
Car Parking will be covered by the client on relevant projects.
